Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON SEWER AND WATER EXTENSIONS ALONG HIGHWAY #10 <br />(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-01) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted on November <br />27, 1990, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer regarding the extension of sanitary <br />sewer and watermain between PIN: 35-32-25-31-0008 to the eastern City limits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 22, 1991. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the proposed improvement of such sanitary <br />sewer and water in accordance with the report and financing of all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant to Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $184,600.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on February 26, 1991 in <br />the Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of January, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
