Also, I have found it necessary to request some <br />assistance in the preparation of the Newsletter due to the additional responsibilities <br />in my new position as Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />In an effort to retain their budget at status quo and at the same time provide the <br />manpower to free up my time, Claudia Dodge, Director of the Ramsey Community <br />Education Department, proposed that her Department assume the responsibility of <br />assembling and printing the City Newsletter. The Ramsey City Council approved <br />this proposal, but stipulated that as Ramsey Resident Newsletter Editor, I retain <br />final editorial authority. This cooperative effort between the City of Ramsey and <br />the Community Education Department will result in a $6,000 savings or 50% of the <br />annual printing cost to continue to provide this service to the public. <br /> <br />Articles for publication will continue to be due at the reception desk at City Hall by <br />the 10th of each month and newsletters should be in the residents mailboxes around <br />the 24th of each month. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please call Sylvia at 427-1410 or Claudia at 422-5199. <br /> <br /> <br />
