CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR ROYAL CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC. On January 22, 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Royal Concrete Products, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, 6640 Industry Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota ("Permittee") to construct a 5,460 square foot building expansion ("Structure") on the property at 6440 Industry Avenue NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part thereof described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence South along the West line of the said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence East at right angles 11 feet; thence South at right angles 264 feet; thence West at right angles to the West line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence North along said West line to the point of beginning. PIN: 27-32-25-34-0007 ("Site") This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey city Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's Building official. Approval is given for a building constructed of precast concrete tee-wall panels which will match the existing building on the Site. The panels will be designed in conformance with the architectural standards required by City Code. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code.
