CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br /> FOR <br /> <br />ROYAL CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC. <br /> <br />On January 22, 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of <br />Ramsey ("City") to Royal Concrete Products, Inc., a Minnesota <br />corporation, 6640 Industry Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />("Permittee") to construct a 5,460 square foot building expansion <br />("Structure") on the property at 6440 Industry Avenue NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, except that part thereof described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said <br />East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter; thence South along the West <br />line of the said East Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet <br />to the point of beginning; thence East at <br />right angles 11 feet; thence South at right <br />angles 264 feet; thence West at right angles <br />to the West line of said East Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; <br />thence North along said West line to the point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />PIN: 27-32-25-34-0007 <br />("Site") <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey <br />city Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown <br />on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's <br />Building official. Approval is given for a building <br />constructed of precast concrete tee-wall panels which <br />will match the existing building on the Site. The panels <br />will be designed in conformance with the architectural <br />standards required by City Code. All building plans must <br />be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be <br />constructed in accordance with the requirements of the <br />State Building Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
