~IT~ pLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on <br />the Site as shown on the Site Plan submitted by <br />Permittee, which Site Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"A" and consists of two (2) sheets, received by the City <br />on December 21, 1990, and drawn by Signa Surveying <br />Services, Inc., 3730 Pilot Knob Road, Eagan, MN 55122. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. No Site ImProvements are required <br />for this site Plan approval. However, Permittee will be <br />required to address and install the City's normal Site <br />Improvements at the time approval is requested for Phase <br />II of Permittee's development plan, as described in <br />Permittee's letter addressed to the City dated December <br />19, 1990. <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. A fire lane and fire entrances shall be <br />installed. The exact location of these items on the Site <br />shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. The Permittee shall install a <br />fire sprinkler system in accordance with the State <br />Building Code Specifications in the Structure and in the <br />existing building on the Site prior to occupancy of the <br />Structure. <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT. Ail site grading, <br />drainage and landscaping required by this permit shall <br />be subject to approval by the City Engineer.
