I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g91-02- RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON THE SEALCOATING OF REILLY ESTATES 1ST , 2ND & 3RD ADDITIONS WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: a) Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. between its cul-de-sac terminus and the Western Boundary of Reilly Estates Plat. b) Salish Sweet N.W. between Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. and its cul-de-sac terminus c) 156th Lane N.W. between Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. and the Western Boundary of Reilly Estates 3rd Addition Plat. d) Yakima Street N.W. between Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. and the Southern Boundary of Reilly Estates 3rd Addition Plat. e) Waco Street N.W. between Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. and the Southern Boundary of Reilly Estates Plat. 157th Lane N.W.between its cul-de-sac terminus and Yakima Street WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,pursuant to Chapter 4.60 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) The above mentioned project shah hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #91-04. The motion for Councilmember favor thereof: the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in and the following voted against the same: and the following were absent:
