We, the below listed <br />Citizens of the City of Ramsey, do hereby reouest that that portion of <br />the River's Bend Park designed for use by handicapped people be <br />renamed the DAVID R. HARTLEY PARK. This portion of the Park became a <br />reality because of Mr. Hartley's personal interest and involvement. <br />We further request that the fishing pier to be constructed at the Park <br />be named thm DAVID R.
