Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g91-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A FAX MACHINE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the purchase of a fax machine is justified by the savings in charges from Gopher <br />State One Call over a two year period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the charges from Gopher State One Call are for services provided to the <br />Water/Sewer District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff had advised a commercial fax machine will cost in the range of $1,000.00 to <br />$1,100.00. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the Administrative Coordinator to solicit phone bids and <br />purchase a commercial fax machine for a not-to-exceed price of $1,100.00. <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby directs the Finance Office to charge this purchase to the Water/Sewer <br />Funds. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />12th day of February, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
