I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~t91-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING <br />PUBLIC SALE BY SEALED BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey owns three vehicles that it has no further use for: <br /> <br />1) 1974 Ford LTD Crown Victoria <br />2) 1980 Chevrolet Malibu <br />3) 1981 AMC Concord <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the aforementioned vehicles are hereby declared surplus and the City Administrator is <br />authorized to dispose of said vehicles by public sale with sealed bids. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day of February, 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />
