II. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY THE CITY <br /> <br />4. ~pecific Improvements: <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />Construction of McKinley Street Extension. The CITY will <br />cause to be constructed a street to conform to existing <br />Municipal State Aid (MSA) specifications including <br />concrete curb and gutter on the McKinley Street Right- <br />of-Way° The street shall be known as McKinley Street and <br />will be constructed following installation of the <br />utilities and no later than December 31,1991o <br /> <br />Fire Hydrants. Fire hydrants shall be installed along <br />McKinley Street at the time of utility construction with <br />maximum spacing of 500 feet apart. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer. The CITY will <br />construct within the McKinley Street right-of-way <br />watermain and storm sewer facilities. In addition as <br />previously stated, the sanitary sewer trunk already is <br />constructed and located within said right-of-way. <br /> <br />III o <br /> <br />LANDOWNERIS PAYMENT FOR THE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer and Water Utility Availability Pavmentso <br /> <br />At the time connection is made to the sewer and water utilities to <br /> <br />be constructed in the McKinley Street right-of-way, LANDOWNER or <br /> <br />its assigns will pay the CITY'S then current S°A.S. for sanitary <br /> <br />sewer trunk and water trunk availability. The CITY'S 1990 S.A.S <br /> <br />charge for this benefit was $7,463.00 per acre of commercial or <br /> <br />industrial property. Said present surcharge is adjusted annually <br /> <br />based on the Engineering News Record Cost Index° The principal <br /> <br />amount of the SoA.S. plus accrued interest will be paid over a ten <br /> <br />(10) year term.
