Councilmember introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ~91-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR W.B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT <br />#90-29 RIVER'S BEND PARK, 1990 CDBG IMPROVEMENT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project on July 24, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #90-07-219 entering into a joint agreement with Anoka <br />County for paving of the River's Bend Park Access Road. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />recommended final payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of <br />$1,086.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That. the City Council hereby authorizes payment to W.B. <br />Miller, Inc. for River's Bend Park Access Road in the amount of <br />$1,086.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or city <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this final payment is, not <br />included in Resolution #91-02- approving payment of bills for <br />the month of February, 1991. <br /> <br /> 4) That this is a reimbursable expense from CDBG funds. <br /> <br /> 5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for this adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of February, 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />
