Ms. Frolik replied that a CUP for exterior storage was not required until December, 1990. <br /> <br />Conm~issioner Deemer argued that a CUP for exterior storage was granted to someone in Ramsey <br />67 Park six or seven years ago. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. Item #'s 1 through 7 remain <br />as is. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud that Item #8 shall read <br />"That the proposed use will not be..." <br /> <br />Motion carried. The motion dealing with <br />that issue at the October 29, 1990 Planning and Zoning Commission was read. Ms. Frolik stated <br />that the motion conflicts with what was written into the ordinance and if the Commission wants it <br />amended, the City Attorney would have to be instructed to draft an amendment to the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thomd and seconded by Commissioner Deemer that Item #11 shall read <br />"That the proposed use will be..." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Commissioner Deemer <br />replied that Cheap Thrills is existing as a business use on Industrial zoned properD,; therefore, this <br />should not create a hardship to the "complying property owner"; instead this is an issue for Cheap <br />Thrills. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
