The structure would be <br />40' x 48' with a 40' x 60" concrete slab. This structure <br />would have several roll-open doors to provide adequate <br />cooling and access. (See attached drawing). <br /> <br />I intend to meet with neighbors to resolve any concerns <br />they may have. <br /> <br />When fully operational, it is anticipated an average of <br />six trucks per day and an average of forty cars per day <br />would be visiting the site. <br /> <br /> <br />
