I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />i <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH <br />6341 167TH AVENUE N.W. <br />11-32-25-32-0003 <br /> March 6, 1991 <br /> <br />On , 1991, a conditional use permit was issued to Grace Community <br />Church to have two (2) principal buildings on the property generall known as 6341 167th Avenue <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The West 396 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued purSuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br />permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The construction of a parsonage on the subject property shall not commence until <br />such time as a building permit has been properly applied for, with said application <br />including soil borings, and issued. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The parsonage shall be constructed in an area of the lot approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The occupant of the residential structure on the subject property is limited to the <br />then current pastor of the church and his immediate family. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the subject parcel is limited to one residential use in the event the church use <br />ceases. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />All City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit <br />shaI1 be paid by the permittee. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br /> <br />
