be <br /> <br />50% of the cost for second and subsequent <br />sealcoating applications on City streets shall be <br />specially assessed to the benefited property owners <br />and the remaining 50% shall be paid from the City's <br />general fund. <br /> <br />00 <br /> <br />The payment for initial sealcoating on M.S.A. <br />streets shall be paid from M.S.A. maintenance funds. <br /> <br />Payment for second and subsequent sealcoating <br />applications on M.S.A. streets shall be paid from <br />the City's general fund. <br /> <br />In the event the benefited property owners petition <br />to defeat a sealcoating project, then the benefited <br />property owners will be assessed 100% of the cost <br />when the sealcoating improvement is finally <br />completed.
