No license shall be granted for adult uses on any <br />premises where the structure or building is not in <br />full compliance with building code and fire code <br />regulations of the City Code. <br /> <br />No license shall be granted for any adult use which <br />is not in compliance with the City's zoning <br />regulations. <br /> <br />Subdivision 8. Conditions of License. <br /> <br />Every license shall be granted subject to the following <br />conditions together with all other provisions of this Section, <br />and of all other applicable Chapters of the City Code or State <br />law. <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />Ail licensed premises shall have the license posted <br />in a conspicuous place at all times. <br /> <br />Any designated inspection officer of the City shall <br />have the unqualified right to enter, inspect, and <br />search the premises of a license during business <br />hours without a search warrant for the purpose of <br />enforcing the provisions of this section and for no <br />other official purposes. This subparagraph b. shall <br />not restrict or limit the right of entry vested in <br />any law enforcement agency. <br /> <br />Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct <br />of the licensee's place of business and shall main- <br />tain conditions of order. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PENALTY. <br /> <br />Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance is guilty of <br />a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished not more than <br />the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor as prescribed by State law. <br />In addition, the license revocation procedure of this Chapter 7 <br />shall be applicable to any violation of this Section. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SEPARABILITY. <br /> <br />It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City that the <br />several provisions of this Ordinance are separable in accordance <br />with the following: <br /> <br />If any court of competent jurisdiction shall,adjudge any <br />provision of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment <br />shall not affect any other provisions of this Ordinance <br />not specifically included in said judgment. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
