No license shall be granted for adult uses on any premises where the structure or building is not in full compliance with building code and fire code regulations of the City Code. No license shall be granted for any adult use which is not in compliance with the City's zoning regulations. Subdivision 8. Conditions of License. Every license shall be granted subject to the following conditions together with all other provisions of this Section, and of all other applicable Chapters of the City Code or State law. as Ail licensed premises shall have the license posted in a conspicuous place at all times. Any designated inspection officer of the City shall have the unqualified right to enter, inspect, and search the premises of a license during business hours without a search warrant for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this section and for no other official purposes. This subparagraph b. shall not restrict or limit the right of entry vested in any law enforcement agency. Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of the licensee's place of business and shall main- tain conditions of order. SECTION 2. PENALTY. Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished not more than the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor as prescribed by State law. In addition, the license revocation procedure of this Chapter 7 shall be applicable to any violation of this Section. SECTION 3. SEPARABILITY. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City that the several provisions of this Ordinance are separable in accordance with the following: If any court of competent jurisdiction shall,adjudge any provision of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provisions of this Ordinance not specifically included in said judgment. 10 I I I I I I I I I I I !
