That the hours of operation for receiving metals are anticipated by the Applicant to be 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday with melt operations occurring 24 hours per day as needs dictate. 37, That the Applicant has stated that six employees will work at the site during a maximum shift. 39. That the Applicant has stated that approximately 40 cars and six trucks per day are anticipated when the facility is fully operational. 40. That the proposed use ~!i~will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market value of any surrounding property. 41. That the proposed use ~i!i~will not be unduly dangerous or otherWise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. 42. That the proposed use will~].ii~ be harmonious with and in accordance with any specific objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. 43. As proposed, the proposed use does not meet the specific requirements of the B/W zoning district. 44. That the proposed use will~i~iiii~ be designed, constructed, operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and ~i~:!~!~will not change the essential character of the area. 45.
