April 8, 1991 RESOLUTION 91-04- RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ALUMINUM RECYCLING, INC.'S ALUMINUM PROCESSING PLANT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution 91-04- regarding Findings of Fact for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) ALUMINUM RECYCLING, INC. On April , 1991, a conditional use permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Aluminum Recycling Processing, Inc. ("Permit Holder") to operate an aluminum processing plant in the B/W Business Warehouse District on approximately 2.58 acres of land legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 1. This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: Term. This permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. Noise. Noises emanating from the site and operations shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7010.0010 to 7010.0080, as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. Dust/Ash/Particulates. The emission of dust, ash or other particulate matter shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0010 - 7005.0080, 7005.2770 subp. 2.A., and 40 CFR Part 50 as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. Odor. The emission of odor from the operation shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0920, as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. log
