The Permit Holder may conduct his receiving operations within the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and may conduct aluminum melt operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week unless the operations present a nuisance or disturb neighboring land uses. The City Council may limit hours of operation to protect neighboring land uses. Trailer/Vehicle Storage. The use of trailers, trucks or vehicles for long-term storage (longer than 10 consecutive days) is prohibited. All vehicles and trailers on site must bear a current license, be registered, and must be road worthy. 39. Structures and Site Improvements. The placement, design and construction of new structures or additions to existing structures and site improvements shall comply with City Code as provided within the Development Agreement, and applicable state codes and OSHA requirements. 40. Building Permits. No construction or remodeling of any structures shall commence prior to the issuance of a building permit by the City Building official and site plan approval by the City Council. No building permit shall be issued until 142nd Avenue N.W. and Limonite Street are constructed in accord with City standards. 41. S~nitary Sewer.
