SCHEDULE A <br /> <br /> CITY OF llAMSEY <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT - CHESTNUT KILLS <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "City"), and <br />GOOD VALUE HOMES, INC., a Minnesota corporation, whose address is 1460 93rd <br />Lane N.E., Blaine, Minnesota 55434 (the "Developer"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described <br />property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />That part of the South 330 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 984.60 feet <br />thereof and the East 100 feet of the West 1,~]$4.6[1 feet of that part of said <br />Government Lot 3 lying North of the South 330 feet thereof and South of <br />Sunfish Lake Drive as so laid out and established. <br /> <br />EXCEPT that portion of the East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part <br />of said Government Lot 3 lying North and East of a line drawn at right <br />angles from a point which lies 100 feet from the Northwest corner of said <br />East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part of Government Lot 3 as <br />measured along the South and East right-of-way of Sunfish Lake Drive as <br />now laid out. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />The West 450 feet of the South 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka county, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on , pursuant to Resolution No. ., the <br />City has approved the final plat of a portion of the Subject Property which plat is <br />known as Windemere Woods (the "Plat") which approval is contingent on certain <br />requirements, including Developer and City entering into a Development <br />Agreement (the "Agreement"); and <br /> <br />A-1 <br /> <br />/40 <br /> <br /> <br />
