Subdivision 2. The Commission shall designate a regular monthly meeting date and time and hold meetings on an as needed basis. The Commission shall follow Robert's Rules of Order as revised, 2nd Edition, for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its transactions and findings, which record shall be a public record. Said record shall be transmitted to the City Council for its review. The Commission shall be subject to the State of Minnesota Open Meeting Law. Subdivision 3. Any Commission member missing three or more consecutive meetings in any given year shall be cause for the City Council to review such member and his/her status on the Commission and the City Council shall then make a determination as to whether or not he/she should continue to serve on the Commission. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publicatiOn according to law, subject to City Charter Provision Section 5.04 PASSED by City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the __ day of 1991.
