BOX 771 <br /> RAMSEY, MN 55303 <br /> <br />MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE 01203 <br /> <br />OPERATING PROCEDURES & CONTROLS <br /> <br />PRESIDENT - RAMSEY LIONS <br /> · Responsible for all fair and lawful gambling operations of the Ramsey Lions Club. The President <br /> has the final responsibility that each employee, paid and volunteer, conforms to the rules of the <br /> State of Minnesota and the Gambling Control Board. <br /> · Indicates acceptance of full responsibility by signing appropriate formats of the annual license <br /> application and/or renewals. <br /> <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RAMSEY LIONS <br /> · The Board of Directors shall recommend lawful purpose expenditures, current expense payments, <br /> future budgets for expense payments, and salary levels for all paid employees. All recommendations <br /> approved by the Board shall be brought before the Ramsey Lions Club at a regular meeting for the <br /> final approval. <br /> · Receives the monthly gambling activity report from the Gambling Manager and recommends <br /> approval to the Ramsey Lions Club at a regular meeting. <br /> <br />SECRETARY - RAMSEY LIONS RECORDS AND REPORTS <br /> · Record into the minutes of the Ramsey Lions Club any authorization/approvals for alt budgets or <br /> expenditures to be made from the gambling checking accounts. <br /> · Record into the minutes of the Ramsey Lions Club any proceding from the meeting that pertains to <br /> the lawful gambling operation.
