I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />! <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 91-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF RAMSEY COMPREHENSIVE PARK PLAN <br />UPDATE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of Ramsey has <br />discussed a comprehensive parks plan update and recommended adoption of the <br />~Jornprehensive Park and Open Space Plan, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to adopt such plan for the future <br />development of the City of Ramsey, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public was offered opportunity to comment on specific park <br />development at Park Commission meetings, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 14th on the Comprehensive Parks <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, THAT: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramse¥ adopts the Ramsey Comprehensive Parks and <br />Open Space Plan dated April 4, 1991 as its official park development plan for the City <br />of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was made by Councilmember <br /> and was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following were absent: <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of May, 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />
