City Attorney Langel stated he is not aware of any reason why there couldn't be a levy limit <br />within the JPA but there may be pushback by the other members if the work has to be done <br />because it has to be paid for. <br />The consensus of the Council was that Councilmember Kuzma will notify the LRRWMO that <br />Ramsey needs additional time to consider the JPA language and direct staff to explore the option <br />of Ramsey joining the Upper Rum River WMO. <br />3. TOPICS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION <br />Councilmember Tossey stated the HRA agenda was to include discussion of stopping the <br />stipend. <br />The consensus of the Council was to add this item to tonight's HRA agenda. <br />4. MAYOR / COUNCIL / STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich reported on upcoming Council items and meetings. <br />5.
