TO <br /> <br />CASE #lO <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO AMEND CITY CODE <br />INCREASE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE HEIGHT LIMITS <br /> IN THE R.1 RURAL RESIDENTIAL AREA <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, on May 14, 1991, the City Council inu'oduced an ordinance to amend the accessory <br />structure height limits from 16 feet to 22 feet in the Rural Residential zones. This action was a <br />result of recommendations from the Building Official and the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The proposed ordinance to amend accessory structure height limits is now eligible for adoption. <br />The ordinance is enclosed for your information. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend adoption of the ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Ordinance ~91- to amend Chapter 9.10, Section 9.11.02 subd. 5, of the Ramsey <br />City Code to increase the accessory structure height limit in the R- 1 Rural Residential area <br />to 22 feet. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />CC: 5/28/91 <br /> <br />Building Official <br />Zoning Administrator <br />City Engineer <br />City Attorney <br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br /> <br /> <br />
