ADDENDUM TO CASE #14 <br /> CITY ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 5 <br />By: Sandra Ashley Helling, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Enclosure: <br /> <br />Attached hereto is a resolution entitled "Resolution Approving <br />Acquisition of Utility Property Within Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 5". <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff and Mr. Steve Bubul, the City's Tax Increment Financing <br />Attorney, are recommending the property acquisition approved by <br />the Council on May 14, 1991 be confirmed by this resolution which <br />sets out the conditions under which the City of Ramsey is acquiring <br />the property. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />To approve/not approve Resolution #91-05-XX which is a Resolution <br />Approving Acquisition of Utility Property Within Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 5. <br /> <br />05/28/91 <br /> <br /> <br />
