CASE <br /> <br />CITY ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. <br /> By: Sandra Ashley Helling, Finance Officer <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the City Council meeting of May 14, 1991, Council authorized the Mayor and Acting City <br />Administrator to acquire a ROW easement in TIFD #5. Our Engineering Department has prepared <br />the required legal description, and it has been forwarded to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />We anticipate completion of the property acquisition by the time of this Council meeting. A full <br />report will be given at the meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />No action required.
