Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-10 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER AND WATER LATERALS TO 25-32-25-31-0004) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvement of water and sewer lateral extensions to 25-32-25-31-0004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That a certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of water <br />and sewer lateral extensions to 25-32-25-31-0004 has been filed with the City Council on <br />May 28, 1991. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br />affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to City of Ramsey <br />Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the petition is hereby referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed <br />to prepare a feasibility study and submit to the City Council with all convenient speed <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to the cost of the project for each affected property owner. The City <br />Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in <br />conjunction with some other improvement. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project # 91- <br />10. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 28th day of May, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
