I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #91-05- <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME RESIDENCE DURING <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTHFORK LINKS GOLF COURSE <br /> <br />On , 1991, a conditional use permit was issued to Glenn Rehbein <br />Excavating, Inc. for the placement of a temporary mobile home residence at 9400 153rd <br />Avenue N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 3, Northfork Links Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Sections 8.40 and 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />The conditions of this conditional use pemait are as follows: <br /> <br />This conditional use permit for a temporary mobile home residence is issued in <br />conjunction with the construction of the Northfork Links Golf Course and shall be <br />in effect until May 1, 1993. <br /> <br />2. The mobile home shall not exceed 14' x 70' in size. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. shall deposit $3,000 with the City of Ramsey to <br />guarantee the removal of the mobile home. <br /> <br />The mobile home shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br />regulations and standards for such structures. <br /> <br />All City costs incurred in administrating and enforcing this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the permit holder. <br /> <br />Mr. Glenn Rehbein of Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. hereby acknowledges receipt of this <br />conditional use permit and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed <br />that he will cause compliance with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />As: <br /> <br />Of: <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br /> ) SS. <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br />On this~ day of , 1991, before me a Notary Public, <br />personally appeared , the <br />of , to me known to be the person described in <br />and who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged that he/she executed the <br />same as his/her free act and deed. <br /> <br />Notary Public <br /> <br /> <br />
