I Councilmember moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION #91-05- A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME RESIDENCE DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTHFORK LINKS GOLF COURSE On , 1991, a conditional use permit was issued to Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. for the placement of a temporary mobile home residence at 9400 153rd Avenue N.W., which property is legally described as follows: Lot 10, Block 3, Northfork Links Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota This permit was issued pursuant to Sections 8.40 and 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this conditional use pemait are as follows: This conditional use permit for a temporary mobile home residence is issued in conjunction with the construction of the Northfork Links Golf Course and shall be in effect until May 1, 1993. 2. The mobile home shall not exceed 14' x 70' in size. o Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. shall deposit $3,000 with the City of Ramsey to guarantee the removal of the mobile home. The mobile home shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code regulations and standards for such structures. All City costs incurred in administrating and enforcing this permit shall be the responsibility of the permit holder. Mr. Glenn Rehbein of Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will cause compliance with the terms of this permit.
