CASE 5 <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM <br />B-1 BUSINESS TO R-3 URBAN RESIDENTIAL; CASE OF LORD OF <br />LIFE CHURCH AND ROBERT AND JANET BERNSTROM <br /> By: Sylvia Frolik, Zoning Administrator and <br /> James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Lord of Life Church is proposing to build a new facility on property that they have acquired <br />and additional property they are proposing to acquire in the near future from Robert and <br />Janet Bernstrom. The property is located in Section 25 and is currently zoned B-1 <br />Business and R-1 Urban Residential.
