CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> · - ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - HUNTERS RIDGE ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and IRVINA J. <br />CARR and CATHERINE A. CARR, husband and wife, whose address is 4730 West 66th <br />Street, Edina, Minnesota ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> WHEREAS, on , pursuant to Resolution 91-06 - , the C I T Y <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as HUNTER'S RIDGE (the <br />"Plat") contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into this <br />contract; and <br /> WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the City Code escrow <br />requirements have been fulf'flled by DEVELOPER; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Code Section 170.039B defines "Stage I" Improvements and "Stage <br />II" Improvements which definition is used herein when reference is made to "Stage I" and "Stage <br />11" Improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER desires to construct the Stage I and Stage II <br />improvements, except for those Stage II Improvements constructed by the CITY. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY and DEVELOPER agree as follows: <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - <br />HUNTERS RIDGE ADDITION <br />Page I of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
