13) That as of December 19, 1989, accesses to the plat and an eventual street connection with <br /> Jarvis Street are issues yet to be resolved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Pearson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gary Reimann <br /> Couneilmember Alan Pearson <br /> Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> Councilmember Stephen F.
