Section 9.02 defines "Vehicle Repair Minor" as minor repairs, incidental body and fender work, <br />painting and upholstering, replacement of parts and motor services to passenger automobiles and <br />trucks not exceeding 9,000 pounds gross weight, and vehicle steam cleaning, but not including <br />any operation specified under "Vehicle Repair Major". (Ramsey Auto Sales is zoned B-3 Highway <br />Business District and "vehicle repair minor is permitted with a conditional use permit in this zone). <br /> <br />Section 9.11.02 states that the storage of two or more automobiles that do not have current license <br />plates constitutes an auto salvage business and shall not be permitted as an accessory use of <br />property. (Auto salvage is not permitted as a principal use of property in any zoning district in <br />Ramsey). <br /> <br />Section 9.03.10 of the City Code states that whenever in any zoning district a use is neither <br />specifically permitted or denied, the use shall be considered prohibited unless a conditional use <br />permit is applied for and granted. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />On May 7, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council take <br />the necessary steps to consider revoking the conditional use permit issued to 7205 Hwy. #10 <br />N.W. for motor vehicle sales.
