Non-domestic <br /> animals are defined as animals and poultry commonly kept for productive purposes on a <br /> farm such as cattle, hogs, sheep, goats, chickens and other similar animals. To have more <br /> than 5 non-domestic animals per acre requires a special permit. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />I would recommend that City Council direct the Planning and Zoning Comnfission to review <br />standards used in other communities for keeping animals and fowl and work with the Zoning <br />Administrator to draft an amendment to Ramsey's City Code.
