Animals & Fowl <br /> <br />except s~id animals may be allowed if' the animal owner and/or land owner has <br />obtained from the City Council a conditional use permit, which permit specifically <br />allows the keeping of said animals and under what conditions the animals may be <br />kept. <br /> <br />The administrative procedure and criteria for granting or denying a conditional <br />use permit under this Chapter shall be section is entitled, "Conditional Uses". <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Permitted <br /> <br />Three acre parcels: Notwithstanding the provision in paragraph <br />5.09.01, a maxim~m of, or combination of, two of the above type <br />animals may be maintained on a parcel of not tess than three <br />contiguous acres of property to which the animal owner has fee <br />title or a lease hold interest. <br /> <br />20 acre parcels: Notwithstanding the provisions in paragraph <br />5.09.01 and 5.09.02 above any type of domestic animals and <br />livestock and poultry without limitation in number, may be <br />maintained on a parcel of land which is not less than 20 acres in <br />size to which parcel the animal owner has fee title or a lease hold <br />interest. <br /> <br /> Sub& 3. Prohibition of nuisance animals. Notwithstanding any <br />provision of this section or any section of any chapter of this code, no animals of any <br />type may be maintained on any parcel within the city, no matter what size the <br />parcel, if the maintenance of said animals creates a nuisance as defined in chapterS, o P <br />of this code. <br /> <br />5,09.02 Au~rnals at large. No person shall allow any animals of any type, or <br />fowls belonging to him or in his care, to run at large or to be picketed on public <br />grounds; but this prohibition shall not apply to cats or dogs, except as are by th/s <br />code forbidden Co be at large. <br /> <br />5.09.03 <br /> <br />Dog Re~h~tions. <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Definitions. <br /> <br />a.
