The Committee's nomination for City <br />of Ramsey Volunteer of the Year is Beverly Swanson. Ms. Swanson has been active with the <br />Ramsey Youth Athletic Association for the past three years, as President-elect the tn'st year and as <br />President for the past two years. During that time she has concentrated on sports activities for <br />children. Ms. Swanson initiated the petition that expedited development of the new soccer and two <br />new softball fields at Central Park.
