Rum River Liquors, Inc. has provided the n~me and policy number of their insurer but <br />they have not provided proof in the form of the actual document of insurance or a copy of same. <br />The license holders applying for renewal are: <br /> <br />Rum River Liquors, Inc. <br /> <br />dba Rum River Liquor Warehouse <br /> <br />C.R. Foods, Inc. <br /> <br />dba Ralph's Hi-10 Liquors <br /> <br />Dick's, Inc. <br /> <br />dba M & L Liquors <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />I recommend that the City Council approve the renewal of off-sale intoxicating liquor licenses for <br />the above-named establishments with the contingency, in the case of Rum River Liquors, Inc., that <br />the corporation provide proof of liquor liability insurance before the license will actually be issued <br />to them.
