Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #91-06- RESOLUTi(~N APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR SELBY ORNAMENTAL IRON CO. (PROJECT #90-29 RIVER'S BEND PARK HANDRAIL AND ACCESS GATE INSTALLATION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on October 23, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of ,the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-11- awarding the bid to Selby Ornamental Iron Co. for the fabrication and installation of handrails and access road gate. WHEREAS, Medand Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., recommended final payment to Selby Ornamental Iron Co. in the amount of $11,385.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council Ornamental Iron Co. for River's Ber~d amount of $11,385.00. hereby authorizes final payment to Selby Park access road gate and handrails in the 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign .the release form for this final, payment. 3) That the total amount of'this final payment is not included in Resolution #91-06- approving payment of bills for the month of June, 1991. 4) That this project is funded from 1990 CDBG funds. 5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this regulation. The motion for this adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same' and the following abstained' and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of June, 1991.
