Councilmember introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-06- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-14 (TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN FOR THE WOOD POND HILLS, FLEISCHER'S 2ND, WINDEMERE WOODS, CHESTNUT HILLS, CEDAR HILLS AND CHESTNUT PONDS ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted March 27, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to Trunk Sanitary Sewer and Watermain for the Wood Pond Hills, Fleischer's 2nd, Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills and Chestnut Ponds Additions); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 24, 1990 which report indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $1,200,300.00 Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) $ 2,299.43 Estimated annual assessment per unit $ 358.25 10 year term $ 591.18 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of Trunk Sanitary Sewer and Watermain in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for ail or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,200,300.00 2) That on May 22, 1990, Resolution ~u)0-05-153 passed by Council after a public hearing ordering plans and specifications for Project g90-14. 3) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on July 9, 1991 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of June, 1991.
