Councilmcmb~r introduoed the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-20 (LATERAL SANITARY AND STORM <br />SEWER, WATER UTILITIES, AND BITUMINOUS SURFACING FOR THE <br />PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF CHESTNUT HILLS ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey city Council adopted April 24, <br />1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raafikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />with reference to lateral sanitary and storm sewer, water utilities, and bituminous surfacing for the <br />proposed subdivision of Chestnut Hills Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 8, 1990, <br />which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> 5 year term <br /> <br />$716,430.00 <br />$ 9,463.73 <br /> <br />$ 2,433.11 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of water and sewer laterals, <br />storm sewer and bituminous surfacing of such subdivision in accordance with the report <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$716,430.00 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That on June 12, 1990, the City Council held a public hearing on Improvement Project <br />g90-20 approving the phasing plan for Chestnut Hills Addition and on August 12, 1990 <br />passed Resolution g00-09-258 ordering preparation of plans and specifications. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That a pubIic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of July, <br />1991 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center 15 7:00 p.m. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day of June, 1991. <br /> <br />9o <br /> <br /> <br />
