I I I Councilmember its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for RESOLUTION g91-07- RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FOR CHESTNUT POND ADDITION. WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Water for Chesmut Pond Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of Sanitary Sewer and Water for Chestnut Pond Addition has been filed with the City Council on July 9, 1991. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the City Code of Ramsey Chapter 4.60 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counciimember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of July, 1991.
