I i I I i I I I Councilmember inu'oduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-07- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~90-14 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER TRUNKS TO SERVICE WOOD POND HILLS, CHESTNUT HILLS, CEDAR HILLS, WINDEMERE WOODS, CHESTNUT POND AND FLEISCHERS 2ND ADDITIONS) AND FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #90-19 (CEDAR HILLS ADDITION), #90-20 (CHESTNUT HILLS ADDITION), g90-21 (WINDEMERE WOODS ADDITION) AND ~90-28 (CHESTNUT POND ADDITION) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Ramsey City Council adopted on March 27, 1990 and April 24, 1990, reports were prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to trunk sanitary sewer and water main for Wood Pond Hills, Fleischers 2nd, Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills and Chestnut Pond Additions and with reference to lateral sanitary and storm sewer, water utilities and bituminous surfacing for the proposed subdivisions of Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods and Chestnut Pond Additions; and WHEREAS, the report for the mack sanitary and water main improvements was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 24, 1990; and WHEREAS, the reports on the lateral improvements were received by the Ramsey City Council on May 8, 1990; and WHEREAS, resolutions adopted by the Ramsey City Council on June 25, 1991 fixed a date for a City Council hearing on the above proposed improvements for July 9, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City has received petitions signed by 100% of the affected property owners; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on July 9, 1991 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions of June 9, 1991. 2) That Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for the trunk water and sewer line improvements and that Mr. Steven Jankowski of the City of Ramsey is hereby designated as the engineer for the lateral improvements. These persons shall prepare plans and specifications for the making such improvements. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same:
