ADMINISTRATION OF RUI~ES <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL RUI~S Any rule posted on a designated bulletin board of the City <br /> <br />over the signature of the City Administrator shall have the same effect as, and be construed <br />as a part of, these Rules and Regulations. <br /> <br />VIOLATION OF RULES Staff members shall not commit any other acts or omit any <br />other acts which constitute a violation of any of the rules, regulations, directives, orders or <br />policies of the City of Ramsey, whether stated in this document or elsewhere. Ignorance of <br />the rules, regulations, directives, orders or policies shall not be considered as a justification <br />for any such violations. Staff members shall be responsible for their own acts and they <br />shall not shift to others the burden of responsibility for executing or failing to execute a <br />lawful instruction or order.
