We have revised the site plan to address.your concerns and have also included an overall view of the building site as it would appear on the approved drainage plan. Specifically, please note the following: 1. A directional arrow has been added. The property line for Burlington Northern has been located along with the overhead power lines. 3. Curb and gutter are shown on the front of the building. We have not made any changes in the gravel work area for the mainten- ance building. We simply don't see the need to have a bituminous surface for tractors and lawn equipment to use. Remember this is not a facility open to the public. We have also not designated the exact type and size of plantings along the front of the building. We have not prepared this because we intend to remain consistent with any work done on the clubhouse and, as of yet, we have not hired a landscape architect. The City can be assured however, that the front of the building will be landscaped to provide an attractive maintenance facility. Finally, the exterior plan submitted to you should show stucco only on the south and east side of the building. My understanding is that this is consistent with City code. And, as I indicated in a phone conversation with Sylvia, we do not intend to stucco the building until next spring when it can be done at the same time as the clubhouse. This will ensure uniformity in color, texture and application.
