I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />MAINTENANCE BUILDING, THE LINKS <br /> <br />GOLFCOURSE <br /> <br />On , 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of <br />Ramsey ("City") to Glenn Rehbein, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, CPermittee") to construct a <br />9,040 square foot maintenance and office building ("Structure") on the property which is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 3, Northfork Links Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />The ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the two (2) sheet <br />set of plans prepared by John F. Wilkinson P.E. and dated June 28, 1991. Said plans are <br />attached hereto as Exhbit "A". <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of one (1) sheet dated July <br />15, 1991, I991, prepared by Rehbein Excavating Inc., and is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"B". The ("Site Plan"). <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following Site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Bituminous driveway <br />Class V <br />Concrete curb and gutter the length of the driveway to building front <br />Site grading; <br />Sod and seed; <br />Landscaping <br />Fire lanes; <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure shall be designed so as to deflect <br />light away from 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> <br />
