I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT MAINTENANCE BUILDING, THE LINKS GOLFCOURSE On , 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Glenn Rehbein, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, CPermittee") to construct a 9,040 square foot maintenance and office building ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 10, Block 3, Northfork Links Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota The ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the two (2) sheet set of plans prepared by John F. Wilkinson P.E. and dated June 28, 1991. Said plans are attached hereto as Exhbit "A". 4 STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of one (1) sheet dated July 15, 1991, I991, prepared by Rehbein Excavating Inc., and is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". The ("Site Plan"). REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following Site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Bituminous driveway Class V Concrete curb and gutter the length of the driveway to building front Site grading; Sod and seed; Landscaping Fire lanes; The ("Required Improvements)". FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure shall be designed so as to deflect light away from 153rd Avenue N.W.
