I I i introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g91-07- RESOLUTION RECEIVING A PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-11 (MCKINLEY STREET EXTENSION) WHEREAS, the City has received a real property acquisition and municipal street and utility improvement agreement from Anoka 67 Industrial Parmership and Leonard J. Spohn and Lois J. Spohn who are respectively owners of the Ramsey 67 Industrial Park 1st Addition (PIN: 35-32-25-21-0001; and WHEREAS, within the agreements mentioned above, the owners are petitioning for certain public improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That a certain petition contained within acquisition agreements dated May 6 and May 24, 1991 requests construction of sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, water lateral, stubs, fn'e hydrants and street construction accepted by the City Council on July 23, 1991. That petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to Ramsey City Ordinance 210.01. 2) That the agreement and petition is hereby referred to Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 3) That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project g91- 11. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of July, 1991.
