McKinley Street right-of-way, which installation is to coincide with the McKinley Street construction; and W~EREAS, the McKinley Street right-of-way needs to be 80 feet wide; and W~REAS, the legal description of the 80 foot wide right-of- way within which the sewer trunk line is already constructed and within which the water trunk line, McKinley Street and the storm sewer system will be constructed and located is as follows: An 80.00 foot wide strip of land over, under and across the following described property: Outlot A, RAMSEY 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. The centerline of said 80.00 foot wide strip of land is described as follows: Beginning at the intersetion of the east line of said Outlot A with a line 390.00 feet northeasterly, as measured at a right angle to and parallel with the northerly right of way of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence on an assumed bearing of North 65 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds West, parallel to said northerly right of way, a distance of 597.91 feet, thence northwesterly along a tangential curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 1219.73 feet, a central angle of 18 degrees 37 minutes 26 seconds, a distance of 396.47 feet; thence North 47 degrees 09 minutes 24 seconds West, tangent to last said curve, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence westerly along a tangential curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 510.35 feet, a central angle of 42 degrees 47 minutes 56 seconds a distance of 381.22 feet; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds West, tangent to last said curve, a distance of 350.00 feet to the east right of way of Sunfish Lake Boulevard,and said centerline there terminating.
