Restoration of Riqht-of-Wa¥ Areas. The clean up and <br />restoration of disturbed right-of-way areas shall be done when all <br />construction work has been completed. The contractor shall remove <br />from the site all extra materials, equipment, debris and other <br />supplies. Ail surfaces distributed during the construction period, <br />except street right-of-way surfaces, whether caused by actual <br />excavation, deposition of excavated material, or by the con- <br />struction equipment, shall be restored with four inches of topsoil <br />and seeded. The CITY agrees to maintain the seeded areas until <br />growth is established. <br /> <br /> 7. .Abstract of Title. The LANDOWNER agrees, as soon <br />hereafter as is reasonably possible, to supply to the CITY an <br />Abstract of Title to the property to be granted to the CITY <br />provided, however, that the CITY shall pay the costs of any <br />continuation thereof requested by it. If the land covered by said <br />right-of-way has been registered, no such Abstract of Title shall <br />be supplied but the LANDOWNER agrees to deliver the Owner's <br />Duplicate Certificate of Title to the CITY on the date of closing <br />as hereinafter defined to enable the deed to be recorded.
