Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION ggl-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE TIME FRAME FOR <br />FILING FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CEDAR HILLS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey granted preliminary plat approval to Cedar Hills on <br />July 10, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code states that the subdivider shall ftc the final plat with the <br />Zoning Administrator within one year of preliminary plat approval. Thereafter, Council may <br />extend the period upon written application by the subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Tom Gallagher, M.G. Astleford Company, <br />dated July 1, 1991 requesting a 90 day extension to the final plat filing time frame for Cedar Hills. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the final plat filing time frame <br /> for Cedar Hills from July 10, 1991 to October 10, 1991. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of July, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Adrrdnistrator <br /> <br />47 <br /> <br /> <br />
