The location of the water main trmfic <br />is as illustrated in green on Exhibit B. <br /> <br />Provide the following basic service on a not-to-exceed basis: <br /> <br />· Survey and prepare water main plan and profile sheets. <br />· Revise existing and prepared plans as per review of City Engineer. <br />· Prepare contract documents. <br />· Provide contract administration. <br />· Prepare land acquisition easement description and exhibits. <br />· Obtain necessary regulatory agency permits. <br /> <br />Provide the following technical services on an hourly basis with an estimate of <br />probable project costs: <br /> <br />· Provide construction staking. <br />· Provide project inspection. <br /> <br />Phase 2 <br /> <br />Improvements consist of water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer to the area <br />shaded in the preliminary plat mosaic.
