We have received a communication from Mr. <br />Goodrich which states this request would take a maximum of 20 hours and that it would be <br />completed within 30 to 45 days following authorization by the City Council. <br /> <br />At the billing rate of $75.00/hour, this task would require an authorization for a $1,500.00 <br />expenditure. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends authorizing City Attorney Bill Goodrich to review the Code of Ordinances at an <br />expenditure not to exceed $1,500.00. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to authorize/not authorize City Attorney Goodrich to review the Code of Ordinances at an <br />expenditure not to exceed $1,500.00 <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Officer <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />CC: 08/13/91 <br /> <br /> <br />
